
Territory Manager (POP Sales & Marketing)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The candidate must work on sales plans, generate corporate NPS leads & achieve corporate closure and subscriber targets for NPS.
- Meet HR Head/C&B Head/Finance Head/CXO/relevant authority in the corporate/PSUs and design NPS implementation plan.
- Responsible for conducting online/in-person presentations to senior management/employees.
- Improve marketability and business profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on new opportunities.
- Perform any other related duties, as assigned by the Management.
- Responsible for target achievement by RMs mapped.
- Responsible for end-to end corporate marketing.

- Customer relationship management & channel management. Sales planning & analytical skills.
- People management & communication skills.
- High on integrity and accountability.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- graduate/MBA from a reputed college/institution/ university specialization preferred in Marketing & Finance.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B and B2C Sales.
